I ordered from you back in Sept. 9 ORDER #40195 got an email on the 25 of Sept.

saying it had shipped, got another email on the 29 saying it was delivered but I did not get no delivery, on Oct. 5 got another email from you saying you messed up and it got lost in transit and my order would be sent out again got an email on the Oct 12 saying my order would arrive soon on the 15 received another email saying it was delivered but I did not get nothing which I emailed you saying that I did not receive no delivery and that I wanted my money refunded Oct. 16 got an email that said that you had messed up again and were giving me a refund but I never got one!!!! I emailed you on Oct 30 asking about the refund but no response.

Got an email on Nov 4 saying recent order refund processed but still nothing in my account. I have sent numerous emails and still have got no response I want this taken care of now!!!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
